During the research for my books and articles I collect receipes from the people who really know about using olive oil - the growers and producers themselves. Very often there is not enough space to include these recipes in my written work and so I have decided to offer them to you through the pages of my website.

Each month I will pick out three recipes using oils from the various growers I have visited and print them in full here. After that you are on your own. I have not had time to test the recipes myself as I would do if I was publishing a book so I will be very interested to hear from any you how you liked the recipes and how they worked out. In due course I might indeed decide to put them all together into a new book.
